Picture window brings the outdoors in. The picture window may be replaced by a smaller window with seating space below, or may serve as an opening into another room. This location may also be utilized as an entertainment center. At left, we see a cross-section of the wet bar alcove, with its undermounted stainless steel sink. The crown molding above the alcove, which extends around all four walls, provides a shelf on which to mount indirect lighting. Floating Desk of african mahogany, to the right of the picture window, is wall-mounted, with the bookcase alcove above. Natural-finished fir trim provides a warm, luxurious look. AC plywood interior walls are to be painted or faux-finished.
